This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect information only when you give it to us:
- Registration enquiries — your name, phone number, email address, age, postal address and the course you are interested in.
- Fee payments — the course and plan you chose, the amount, and a payment reference returned by our payment provider.
We do not collect any information about you automatically beyond what your browser sends to any website it visits.
Card and banking details
We never see, handle or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials. All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. Those details are entered directly into the secure Razorpay checkout and are governed by the Razorpay privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number.
How we use your information
- To contact you about the class or enquiry you submitted.
- To record which course a student is enrolled in and which fees have been paid.
- To inform you about schedules, events and recitals relating to the school.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Your information is shared only with services necessary to run the school:
- Razorpay, to process fee payments.
- Google, where enquiry details are mirrored into a spreadsheet used by our administrative staff.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you enrol, for the duration of your association with the school. Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your details. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Many of our students are minors. Where a student is under 18, we expect registration to be completed by a parent or guardian, and we deal with the parent or guardian in all matters relating to the data of that student.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
