These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or enrols in a class at Avinayana Dance & Music School. By enrolling or making a payment, you accept them.
Enrolment
- Enrolment is confirmed only once the applicable fee has been received.
- Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or guardian.
- The school may decline or discontinue an enrolment where conduct affects the safety, discipline or learning of other students.
Fees
- Monthly fees must be paid on or before the 5th of each month.
- Fees may be paid online through this website or offline at the school.
- Students opting for yearly payment may avail the applicable discount.
- Fees once paid are non-transferable between students or courses.
- Fee amounts are those displayed at the time of payment. The school may revise fees for future terms with prior notice.
Classes and scheduling
- Class timings and batch allocation are set by the school and may be adjusted.
- Classes may be rescheduled on public holidays or during examination periods.
- Missed classes are not generally made up or refunded. Extended absence due to illness should be discussed with the school.
Special event training
Customised training for marriage functions, annual functions and similar events is quoted separately. Fees vary with the requirement, duration and type of performance, and are agreed in advance.
Photography and performance
The school may photograph or record classes, recitals and events for its own promotional use. If you do not wish a student to appear in such material, tell us in writing and we will respect that.
Use of this website
The content of this website, including text, images and the name and logo of the school, belongs to Avinayana Dance & Music School and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Liability
Dance and music training involves physical activity. Students and their guardians are responsible for ensuring the student is medically fit to participate. The school is not liable for injury arising from a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed to us, or from a failure to follow instructor guidance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Cuttack, Odisha.
